We want you to love your Naviku piece. If you’re not completely happy, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, in original condition and in the original packaging. Custom or personalised orders are non-returnable unless faulty.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return unless faulty.
